I love Eyal and Annie as much as everyone (dear writers, please give me one good bedroom scene - if she ties him up again, BONUS) but they can’t be endgame because he’s a foreigner and CIA agents cannot date them. In S3Ep11, when Annie has dinner with the chef, she’s talked to about it by Joan the next morning.
Let’s not get into the fact that he’s Mossad (or was, or is, or might still be) and even if she leaves the CIA by the end of the show, it’d still be really tricky for them. There’s no way a fluff show like Covert Affairs, is going to let Annie be with Eyal and run away. Just not gonna happen.
But good HEAVENS are they cute! Why I called it the SS Kismet in the first place. Ship, kismet… SO cute.
